TIREDD!!!
today went to HQ for my first official training session.
at first felt abit clueless or should i say totally lost.
i think as usual bah when i first do sth that i've not done before.
soo,went inside the room and inside are full of STRANGERS!
hahahahahax.
because frankly speaking, although i've worked in TBS for 8mths but i've yet to know everyone from other outlets.
reason being is because im always captivated in JP's outlet.
hahahahax.hardly took part in the atrium sales to know ppl frm other outlets.
3 words to describe today's training: TIRING,EXCITING,EYE-OPENER!!!
TIRING: Ever since school holiday starts,it's been quite sometimes since i last stick my butt to the chair and listen to the lects for soo long.7hrs plus.
OMG!!!
EXCITING: experienced different things,different ways to approach customers, learn new things and challenge yourself.maybe school presentation had prepared mii to overcome my fear when facing strangers.that's y during the role play i wasnt really that nervous.hahahax.soo thank you NP.
EYE-OPENER: it was indeed a chance for mii to see and learn things that i cant see nor learn within the store.learn tactics that those seniors have used on the customers.better way to understand what exactly is community trade and stuff.at first i didnt know what's the moral of the story behind babassu oil from brazil.but now i know.=)babassu oil is the only source of income for the women in brazil and it helps them to fight for their land, fight for what they want.because last time the govt tried to take back their land, but those womens actually grow babassu trees at their yard.soo if they return their land back to the govt it's same as giving up on their last source of ways to get income.so they used the money that they've earned thru trading their babassu oil and they actually hire lawyer to fight for them.IN THE END THEY'VE SUCCEEDED..Really very touching yea,somehow makes mii feel more interested to discover every stories behind our community trade ingredients.

Anyway, tmr im going to zoo and night safari with pp.
