retail is a very boring job.

there's endless of work to do, endless of worries and stress.

worry about not being able to hit the shop target, worry about not bring able to get along with colleagues, worry about being complained by customers and many many more.

come to think about it, why are people so lame?

they will write in complain letters just because they find that the service or attention given to them is bad or not enff.

PLS!!!everyone is busy with their work, even if we're serving a cust but usually it's 1 sales person handling 2 custs or more.

soo we're trying our best to give all the customers our attention, but!!!!

sad to say, there're still people who find dat sales person are just like dogs.

they can command them and want them to do all the stunts to entertain them.

irritating..

why cant people put themselves into other people's shoes?

what if it now we swoop the position, they're now the sales person.

how will they feel if they're being treated like the ways they are treating people now?

really cannot understand...
